新型コロナウィルス【COVID-19】感染拡大防止について当社では次の様な取り組みを実施して参りますので、ご利用のお客様には大変ご不便をお掛けいたしますが、ご理解ご協力をお願いいたします。

当社の感染症対策について

・ 出庫点呼時に全乗務員の検温を実施いたします。
・ 出庫点呼時に全乗務員に対し手指消毒を実施いたします。
・ 全乗務員にマスクの着用を義務付けいたします。
・ 全車両に飛沫感染防止シールドを設置いたしました。
・ 全車両に空気清浄機を設置いたしました。
・ 各車両内、窓を少し開け換気をしながら走行いたします。
・ 車両内の消毒を実施いたします。
・ 必要以上の乗務員からの車両内での会話はご遠慮させて頂きます。

当社をご利用のお客様へのお願い

・ ご乗車前に手指消毒のご協力をお願いいたします。
・ 可能な限りマスクを着用してのご乗車にご協力をお願い致します。
・ 車両内での、大声を発しての会話はご遠慮ください。
・ お支払いは可能な限り、クレジットカード・電子マネー・QRコード等のキャッシュレスの活用にご協力をお願いいたします。

使用消毒液の種類

・ エタノール （消毒用アルコール）
・ PHMB （ポリヘキサメチレンビグアナイド）
・ 次亜塩素酸ナトリウム（車両専用）

About our infectious disease countermeasures

・ All crew members will take their temperature before starting work.
・ All crew members will always disinfect their fingers and hands.
・ All crew members will wear a mask.
・ All vehicles are equipped with a droplet infection prevention shield.
・ All vehicles are equipped with air purifiers.

Requests to our customers

・ Please cooperate with hand disinfection before boarding.
・ Please wear a mask as much as possible inside the vehicle.
・ Please refrain from speaking loud inside the vehicle.
・ Please use the cashless payment like credit card, electronic money and QR code, as much as possible.

・ Sodium hypochlorite (vehicle only)
